Data Privacy Request

You have rights over your personal data. This page explains what data we hold about you, what you can request, and how to submit a request. We are committed to responding to all valid requests within 30 days.

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you including your profile, workout history, and account information.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information in your account.

Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can also delete directly in the app via Profile → Delete Account.

Export Your Data
Request a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV). Available directly in app for Gold and Platinum subscribers.

Restrict Processing
Request that we limit how we use your personal data while a dispute or review is in progress.

Opt Out of AI Processing
Request to opt out of AI-based processing of your personal data including workout plan generation and form analysis.

How to Submit a Request

Try the in-app options first
Many requests can be fulfilled directly in the app. Go to Profile → Account Settings to update your information, or Profile → Delete Account to delete your account and data instantly. Gold and Platinum subscribers can export data directly from the Profile screen.

Email us for other requests
For requests not available in-app — such as data access reports, AI opt-out, or restricted processing — email us at hello@exercitron.com with the subject line "Data Privacy Request".

Include the following in your email
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your Exercitron account
• Type of request (access / correct / delete / export / restrict / opt-out)
• Any additional details relevant to your request

We verify and respond
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request. For complex requests we may extend this by an additional 60 days and will notify you if this is the case.

Email us with your request and we'll get back to you within 30 days. Include your account email address and the type of request in your message.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (GDPR, CCPA, and most US state laws)
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate personal data (GDPR, most US state laws)
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, also known as the "right to be forgotten" (GDPR, CCPA)
Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (GDPR, some US state laws)
Right to Opt Out
Opt out of sale of personal data and certain types of automated processing (CCPA, US state laws)
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights (CCPA)
