How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account — not through Exercitron directly.
iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Exercitron → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Exercitron → Cancel
You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the app: go to
Profile → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email
hello@exercitron.com to request deletion. For more information see our
Data Request page.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store, not by Exercitron directly. Please contact Apple or Google support to request a refund. We are unable to process refunds ourselves as we do not have access to your payment information.
What is the difference between subscription tiers?
Free: 3 AI workout plans per month, 1 saved plan, 7 days history, 3 gym presets.
Silver ($4.99/mo): Unlimited plans, 10 saved plans, 90 days history, all 8 gym presets, self-select exercises, tutorial video previews.
Gold ($9.99/mo): Everything in Silver plus full tutorial library, 1 year history, data export (CSV + PDF), priority support.
Platinum ($19.99/mo): Everything in Gold plus AI Form Analysis (10 reviews/month), lifetime history storage.
How does AI Form Analysis work?
AI Form Analysis is available on the Platinum plan. You record a video of yourself performing an exercise — our AI analyzes your technique and provides detailed feedback including a form score, positives, issues detected, and specific corrections. Your video is deleted immediately after analysis (within 60 seconds) and is never stored permanently.
Which gyms does Exercitron support?
Exercitron has specific exercise libraries for Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, YMCA, Crunch Fitness, Home Gym, and a No Restrictions option. Free users have access to Planet Fitness, Home Gym, and No Restrictions. Silver and above unlock all 8 gym presets.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. If you signed up with Google Sign-In you don't have a password — just tap "Continue with Google" on the login screen.
My workout plan doesn't seem right for my level. What should I do?
Try generating a new plan — you can always generate another plan from the Build tab. Make sure your experience level and goals are set correctly in your Profile. If you continue to have issues email us at

Is Exercitron safe if I have an injury or health condition?
Exercitron is not a medical service. If you have an injury, health condition, or any medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Exercitron. You can use the Exclusions feature in the workout builder to exclude specific exercises that may aggravate an injury.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in to Exercitron with the same account you used when you subscribed. Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Previous Purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
