Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account — not through Exercitron directly.

iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Exercitron → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Exercitron → Cancel

You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your data straight away. You can also email privacy@exercitron.com to request deletion. For more information see our Data Request page and Privacy Policy.

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store, not by Exercitron directly. Please contact Apple or Google support to request a refund. We are unable to process refunds ourselves as we do not have access to your payment information.

Free: 3 AI workout plans per month, 3 gym presets (Planet Fitness, Home Gym and No Restrictions), 7 days of history, workout logging with a suggested next weight, and home and travel workouts.

Silver ($4.99/mo): 6 AI workout plans a month, all 8 gym presets, choose your exact home equipment, rest timer, 3 plan changes a month in plain words, and 90 days of history.

Gold ($9.99/mo): Everything in Silver plus unlimited AI workout plans, coaching insights (when to add weight and when to take a lighter week), progress stats, data export (CSV + PDF), 7 plan changes a month, 2 training setups, and 1 year of history. New users can try Gold free for 1 week.

Platinum ($19.99/mo): Everything in Gold plus five-week training blocks, unlimited plan changes, up to 6 training setups, and your complete history.

Exercitron's plans are built with Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. When you use an AI feature, we send your goal, schedule, experience level, gym and equipment; exercises you've excluded (which may reflect an injury or medical reason); a summary of your recent workouts for quick AI workouts, and a note when a plan is refreshed because your progress has stalled; and your current plan and anything you type in the plan chat. We never send your name, email, age, sex, height, weight or health-questionnaire answers. Under Anthropic's terms for business customers, this data isn't used to train AI models, and it's deleted within 30 days unless Anthropic must keep it longer to enforce its usage policies or to comply with the law. The app asks your permission before the first AI use, and you can withdraw it anytime in Profile → AI data sharing.

Choose from 8 gym presets: Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, YMCA, Crunch Fitness, Home Gym, and No Restrictions. Free includes Planet Fitness, Home Gym, and No Restrictions; Silver and above unlock all 8.

On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link.

Try generating a new plan — on the Train tab, tap Create New Plan. Make sure your experience level and goals are set correctly in your Profile. If you continue to have issues email us at hello@exercitron.com and we'll help.

Exercitron is not a medical service. If you have an injury, health condition, or any medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Exercitron. You can use the Exclusions feature in the workout builder to exclude specific exercises that may aggravate an injury.

Sign in to Exercitron with the same account you used when you subscribed. Go to Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
